Who are we? is the first online booking engine for medical treatments, specializing in chronic diseases. allows patients to book their medical treatments abroad by offering a user friendly and safe booking process. Patients can find accredited international providers and book their treatments on the spot, with zero booking fees.

The booking engine was launched in 2018 by Virtus Vita- a company with a long history in medical tourism and healthcare. Started as a booking engine for holiday dialysis (i.e. dialysis while traveling for holidays) we are now offering procedure treatments and planning to expand our services to cardiac, obesity and oncology treatments within 2020.

We currently have a network of 550+ medical providers in 61 countries across 5 continents. is supported by the European Union as well as patient associations Worldwide.

Job Description:

As our global footprint is rapidly expanding and our business is growing, we are changing the way we organise ourselves to deliver our Marketing. Our goal is to move all marketing activities in-house to achieve a more integrated approach. This re-organisation has driven a requirement for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital channels, including but not limited to: social media, SEO, google ads, referral campaigns, promotion of strategic partnerships.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be working closely with the existing agency to ensure the smooth transition of operations. The role will report directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the transition of all digital marketing activities in-house.
  • Plan and implement an integrated digital marketing strategy aligned with the company’s overall business development efforts.
  • Monitoring channel performance & coordinating/ensuring delivery. Make suggestions on performance improvement.
  • Lead google ads and SEO efforts.
  • Supervise content creation and updates across social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram).
  • Supervise the successful implementation of referral and other promotional campaigns across various channels.
  • Create monthly reports.
  • Being responsible for resource allocation within the digital marketing team and overall performance channels budget delivery.
  • Setting & implementing a team strategy that maximises potential for success on above.
  • Participate in various marketing related conferences and summits, representing outside the business and seeking promotional opportunities.

  • You have proven experience working with Google Ads, Google Analytics and social media.

  • You have a professional approach and communication. Strong communication skills.
  • You have completed your military service (male candidates).
  • You have completed your academic activities.


  • Experience working with, or delivering, Performance Marketing.
  • An understanding of / experience in ecommerce.
